Six kinds of work
Most families need two or three of them. If you are not sure which, that is what the phone call is for.
Funeral and bereavement care
Full coordination: collection from the mortuary, washing and preparation to your family's tradition, the casket, the venue, the priest, transport, and the final rites.
Religious rites and the 16th day
The rites on the day, the daily observances through the mourning period, and the karumathi that formally closes it. A priest who knows your family's tradition, and the correct date confirmed with them.
Burial, reburial and cremation
Crematorium booking, burial plots, ash collection, and reburial where a cemetery is relocated or remains must be recovered.
International repatriation
Sending someone home to India or elsewhere: embalming, the export permit, the High Commission clearance, the casket and the cargo booking. Also the reverse — a Malaysian who died overseas.
Unclaimed deceased assistance
A dignified burial or cremation, with proper rites, for people who die with nobody able or willing to claim them. Funded by members and donors, and billed to nobody.
Thevaram and spiritual support
Thevaram singers and oduvars, Ganga jal, and the spiritual elements of the ceremony. Bhajan singers and other traditions for families who are not Tamil Saiva.
